Texas Monthly's Best Public Schools
The schools identified by NCEA for Texas Monthly's Best Practice Schools Lists are those that exhibit outstanding performance in comparison to similar schools across multiple grades and years. As the foundation of NCEA's Best Practice research, the behaviors of higher performing schools like these are compared with those of average performing schools in order to determine the unique practices of the most successful campuses.
