Volunteer District

Just for the Kids - California is recruiting a pool of volunteer districts that are interested in getting the full Just for the Kids data picture.

Districts participating in the volunteer pilot program will gain access to additional reports that include:

  • Performance information adjusted for mobility influences and showing the performance of only those students who have been continuously enrolled in a school for 3 years
  • Analysis by 6 content area strands within the Language Arts and Mathematics tests.
  • District level summaries to target strengths and areas of concern across all schools within a district.
  • Downloadable reports generated from student level data which provide analysis on student subgroups and trends.

Like the Snapshot data pictures, reports for the volunteer districts are based on student performance results from the California Standards Test.

Districts already participating in the volunteer pilot can access the non-public portion of the JFTK-CA site by clicking here. Representatives of districts that would like to receive more information about becoming a Volunteer District should click here for more information.
